The seller "made it right" right away once I contacted them about the issue. Both packages were extremely well packaged, too - good strong box used and lots of packing tape! No chance of damage!

Because they answer questions w/real answers, they are not afraid to give guidance, ships well, ships fast, they answer their phones, return emails quickly, 10 Star Customer Service, and stand behind their product, with NO HASSLES if there is shipping issue. I will gladly pay a few bucks more, if I have to, to buy from SEED RANCH, b/c you are paying for the excellent service/support. 10 STARS.

What I was most impressed by is the speed in which it arrived, I live quite a distance from seller and package arrived way sooner than I expected. Very pleased with purchase and would do business again with seller.
