I forgot about it, so had to follow up with ebay. I did get a refund. The thing is I bought for a good price. It might have been a price mistake. The seller should have cancelled and refunded instead of hoping I would not remember to ask for a refund. I'm sure some others forgot to follow up. Find another seller, this one is sketchy.

Shipping label was created but item was never shipped. I contacted the seller to see the status of the item and they issued a refund. They never messaged me or gave me an update on my purchase. They never planned on shipping my item but definitely keeping the money that I paid. They only issued me a refund because I contacted them. Don’t purchase from them, it’s not worth the wait.

The deluxe cleaning kit was missing but as soon as we contacted them on the issue they had it shipped out immediately and it arrived in just two days! Very pleased with company shipping and customer service. Deffinanly reccomend.
