After I purchased the 29" I2 shaft, Nielsen's contacted me and said the shaft didn't pass inspection and they had to send it back so Nielsen's offered me the 30" I2 shaft which cost is more and offered at same price as the 29" or my money back. I accepted the 30" I2 McDermott shaft. To me, that's how a business is supposed to be. Very professional and cares for their customers.
