The customer service is attentive and prompt. Yeah, there are times I wish I could give six stars, this group has earned it.

Many companies have weaseled the bags down to a 12oz. size and kept the price higher. I may have found a new coffee bean supplier, as my previous supplier seems to be going through some customers service issues.
