My best attempts to try and fluff it up so to speak failed. The idea of returning it would have been impractical (packing etc) This maybe just be an unfortunate one off but the quality in this instance was questionable. So looks like i'll be going for a well known branded duvet.

I sent a message about this and it was dealt with quickly and the missing one was sent within 3 days.. so this is quite good service.. for the price the cushion cases seem good quality and the zips were very good. The driver put my parcel in a shed stating this was my safe place (which it wasn't as my safe place is a bin directly outside my caravan)& it got stolen!
