    Many thanks for the swift arrival of the decals. You need to put MORE cardboard in the envelop to protect the decals, though. A+

    I ship thousand of decals every year with the same type of packaging. There may be two or three envelopes a year that that are damaged when they are run through the sorting machines, no amount of "reasonable" extra packaging would keep these machines from damaging these envelopes. Were the decals damaged?
