However, when we arrived, it was crystal clear this is a very well run, organized business. We interacted with a half dozen or so folks and every one of them was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from again.

I understand reusing materials to reduce waste, but there wasn’t much effort IMO. Leaving neutral feedback this time as I have faith yall can make the right choice and improve your process a little bit.

I send pics then accuses me of swapping out product.. but is willing to send me another because he's such a nice guy.. the package was junk the product was true waste.. never sent anything to make it right.
