Could have been the delivery company but for nearly 20.00 for a small package it was frustrating. If you need a good keel guard, there are other places that can ship them much faster for the same amount of money. Good seller just high shipping fees and slow.

Item was as pictured, and was in original packaging and in good quality. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my boat and returned the item with no issues.
