Not happy at all everything in the box sounds like metal on metal clanking. Is this how you treat a paying customer? I will contact ebay about this unacceptable. Doesnt matter who did it or shipped it but items should not be sent or delivered like this. Please do better for your customers period. Im not one to put negative feedback on your business but its not cool to recieve packages like this.

The box looked in fair condition, but inside the gasket was just placed in the bottom and the water pump bouncing around cut the gasket. I did contact the seller and the seller refunded me the costof a new gasket locally which was more than fair.
