Rodney and Jess make every effort to communicate with buyers to do their best to ensure they are happy. They even use a trinocular microscope to examine their items. The blouse fit me lilke like a glove. The shipping cost was minimal and fully disclosed and the seller accepted returns. You paid a bit more for their item but if I remember correctly they not only accepted returns, but return shipping was for free! This seller was a delight to deal with.
