The fact that he answers emails almost instantly, and he's on track on providing the best support he can. He's incredibly honest. The laptop I received had a small issue. And the seller was amazing and providing as many solutions as he could. He provided a partial refund as a courtesy to that issue. It's very hard to find sellers like him.
