Well packaged with ample protection to secure receiver in box. Upon testing, the left channel was inoperative. Seller was quick to respond to communication and return was arranged with no issue. Refund was issued immediately upon seller receiving the item on return. Disappointed that the item had issues, but seller was honest and helpful.
