The skirt was as described, new with tags. The skirt was a very good price compared to my previous one but the postage added to the cost but well worth it. You can see in the photos below there indeed have two tears in it. And the description of this item the seller said there was not? I’m glad I made an offer on this and didn’t pay full price, but after this purchase I wouldn’t buy anything from them-seemed a little deceptive
