He shipped item in a timely manner (the evening of purchase / next morning) . Upon arrival I will note that the Packaging of the item was great. Seller took care to protect the item/ secure the box. The item was not fully as described/ damaged. When contacted the seller corrected the issue fairly and gave a partial refunded for the issues with the item. The item is porcelain and I was worried if it wasn't packaged well it could break during transport and shipping, but it was carefully wrapped and packaged to avoid any breakage and arrived safe and sound. The condition was just as it was described. Shipping cost seemed a little hight but I am still very pleased with the purchase for the money.
