I made an offer on the puzzle which was excepted. The price was fair. The package was received within a timely manner. It arrived well protected in a box. The original box and sleeve were in good condition. The only issue I had was that the puzzle was not new as listed. The package was open and in the ziplock bag that is included with this brand. Gently used not new.
