They look up order and found the mistake after I contacted them. They honored the order it is a great ring. It was ordered for my 42st wedding anniverairy, it came today. It is everything I wanted. I will order from them again. Also their customer service is great and good. They are a honest and great company to order from.

Found them from this seller, who was extremely helpful with a million questions I asked before purchasing, as I bought from another seller and had to return. I was 99% happy and extremely excited for them. They looked exactly as pictured, not the case with the other seller. The 1% not happy- the clasp on the earrings did not function well. Per my local jeweler this is common and adjusted no charge. Seller would have refunded/exchanged.
