He offered to resell me the item I ordered and he also offered to ship it free if I paid to ship the wrong item back to him. I agreed. He relisted the item I ordered at a higher price and declined my offer of the original price I offered that he accepted in the first place. When I inquired he simply said “you got your refund”. Very unethical. I still have the glass ilter.
