I thought I had received the wrong item, and alerted the seller. Marc was very attentive, worked to find my shipment, & was ready to make it good. Until he asked me to open the exterior box (labeled for a completely different product) to see if my order was inside a box he'd used for extra cushioning!! My order was just "disguised" as another!
