Your dress did track entire time. I contacted/sent pictures & they thought it was nothing. Told me to send back but they would keep my shipping. Became more rude everytime we messaged. Filed case against them & they still are threatening to keep shipping both ways which they cannot do & have no control over. Would have worked something out with them but for the rudeness & threats. Doesn't know how to ship for customer savings. BAD SELLER!!
