I’ve purchased tons of items to my PO Box and this is the first time I have ever had my PO Box management company tell me I have to pay .53 cents for postage. Terrible way of doing business to put the cost of postage on the customer. Not happy at all!! We would of definitely worked to resolve your issue. Ebay standing shipping tracking and delivery times we cannot control. We have only had 1 other issue with them claiming postage was due and resolved this quickly. We wish you well though and hope you still enjoy your card.
