After I messaged, the order would move along. They wanted more money for faster delivery, even though once the package was given to the courier, it was already a 2 day delivery. Feels like they are slow on purpose to get people to pay to go faster. Glad I waited so that they didn’t get more money, but terrible service overall. Item is new and as described though, happy with it.
