Outlet prongs were slightly bent out of shape but can still be plugged in outlet and hair dryer is fully functional. Reached out to seller to inquire about the missing concentrator piece and they replied that they would locate it and ship it out, however, I have not heard back about it. I messaged them a few weeks later to follow up on the missing concentrator and did not get a reply.
