      This pretty flower pin, I bought 2 of. The seller had 2 identical ones. Later, she messaged me and when she was packing it, one of the rhinestones broke off. She said, you really can't tell, but I'm going to refund you but still send you the pin! Thank you so much...that is what I call outstanding customer service! Thank you so much!
