      Unfortunately, the piece arrived damaged. In this case, the packaging was insufficient for the delicate details on this piece. The seller responded to me, within minutes, with a full refund and an apology. You can't ask for more than that. Had the piece not been broken during shipping, it was as described and a good value. Seller was amazing. I'm still shocked at how quickly and thoroughly they handled the situation. Thank you!

      The price on these was good. Two glasses came broken in shipping that might have been avoided with extra padding. Another glass has a small black line mark that indicated a small crack. Seller gave me a quick and generous refund for the damaged glasses. She was super nice and easy to work with. I would be happy to work with her again and would recommend this seller.
