Everything was properly labeled for easy assembly and initial setup. The price was great for the quality and the packaging was all original with an extra box to protect the identity of the product. Shipping was prompt and seamless. I would absolutely buy from this seller again.

The item, although pre-owned, was professionally packed with packing quality same as Amazon’s prime on new items. Item arrived exactly as described. Appearance seems even better than photos had shown. There was a thank-you card inside the package with very warm greetings and promised excellent services. I felt home of my favorite ex-local stereo store. This is my new favorite seller. I cannot recommend TMR more!

The item was in beautiful condition, but noticed an issue which they immediately helped me troubleshoot, and when we determined it was one of four tubes that apparently was not working correctly they shipped me replacements at no cost. That was not part of the deal, this seller cares about their reputation and their customers, I will definitively buy from them again, and so should you if you're reading this!
