The condition of the box was clearly stated in the listing and was received that way when purchased new from Amazon. Unfortunately I was unaware of the missing glasses or the broken hair which I asked for pictures of and the buyer did not provide. I did everything in my power to settle with the buyer who wanted a 100% refund and to keep the statue. I gave a fair refund, and buyer was still not satisfied.
