I bought a mini PC and when I received it the bios was locked. I contacted the seller to try and get the password but it wasn't known. The seller apologized and said a mistake had been made with the listing. He offered to send me another PC with the same specs and also keep the one I had. Of course I had to accept that. The 2nd machine arrived as described in timely manner. Thanks techetech, now my new go-to for used PCs.
