They arrived in wonderful condition (infact new) and was package exactly as requested, with extra precaution to make sure they weren't damaged in shipment. There were black scuff marks all on the cup and it just looked rough. I took pictures as soon as I opened it, sent them to the seller and voiced my concerns for the cup not looking as described. They tried to play it off as the carrier company did it and that’s not really possible since the cup was inside the 2 bags. They were not helpful at all. Very disappointed and wouldn’t buy from them again.
