Packaging was perfect - secure and well protected, With that said, the Hasbro box itself had scuffs all over the edges, which, for its age, I can't necessarily complain about. The appearance of everything inside was perfect - mint and pristine as if it had left the factory yesterday :) it shipped fast and was received on time! Quality item, high price however but that's the game I reckon.

They were good at communicating with me and trying to get it solved, and when nothing worked to fix the defect they did offer to refund.
