Shipping was prompt and the item was appropriately packaged with cute paper. Great value on the product as it is well over half off the retail price, though this colorway does not seem to exist anymore. Would recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

Shipping was fast considering it was shipped from the states to Canada. Came before it was supposed to so that’s great! The value was perfect. Due to it being a discounted mug I was happy with what I paid. The one I bought in 2019 broke and so I was happy to find a replacement. Would buy from this seller again.

It is one thing that the cost for shipping is more expensive, but I was concerned about all the extra travelling time for a fragile item. In this case, it travelled approximately an extra 3000 miles instead of sending direct from seller to buyer. However, I have never had a package wrapped so carefully. Very professional. The item is beautiful. Thanks again.
