The tops are crushed in even with the handful of tissue stuck in the shoes. This may have gotten this way from being mailed in a bag not a box. I’ll take off a couple stars under the shipping category b/c there’s no other place to indicate this issue. I’m hoping with wear this summer in CA or this fall at home, the look I don’t like will go away. No issues with seller. Got the shoes quickly and they are cute.
