She does not care to help the buyer get the lowest shipping price available. She mostly ignored my messages; and when she did answer me she was very rude. Her shipping price was double what it should have been; she didn't care. $20 to ship an item in a large envelope within the US is ridiculous. That's an international shipping price. It's a 1 of a kind item so I bought it anyway.
