What I received was a jumble of plastic and paper pieces along with the opened glue gun and charger all stuffed into a box. The item was described as New and Unopened in at least 3 places in the ad but this had obviously been opened and then poorly repacked. I contacted the seller and his response was something like "I guess I apologize for the poor packing," nothing about falsely describing the item as new. Very disappointed.
