    The worst experience I've ever had. First, I paid extra money for the item to arrive in 2 to 4 days, which never happened. When I sent messages regarding this, they responded with attitude and little professionalism. Second, the part doesn't meet the characteristics and specifications provided since it isn't identified and doesn't work as explained. I complained, but they only responded with rude attitude

    Well the item delivered wasn't quite consistent with what was posted... but the seller was very responsive and after a couple questions refunded my $ and didn't require return of the item... so seems like they're a responsive seller.
