Situation like this requires action of the seller, and they didn’t miss a beat. Worked with me to get pictures and desription to shipper very quickly. Lot of communication required and seller was very good about it. After dealing with the shipper, seller had me send the damaged lens back for a full refund. There are a lot of sketchy lens dealers overseas but this seller is not one of them. When I received the product, I encountered some problems with the camera’s shutter button, which was locked, rendering the camera unable to take photos. This was not mentioned in the listing. Other than the problem with the shutter button, the camera was as described.
