Don't know if they're applied on used items, will have to wait until I get my credit card statement. Still had the least expensive price for these albums even if a 15% tariff is added. Surprisingly, the shipment cleared customs in record time. LP's were in great shape when they arrived. Highly recommend this dedicated E-Bay seller.
