Each scarf came in its own mini tote with cool graphics, which was a nice and unexpected touch. And I waited for little time for my order to arrive, which can be unusual since I live in Hawaii. When I had a question, Sultan replied right away, and was very gracious in my communication with him. Looking forward to visiting the shop again when I'm looking for gifts.

It shipped in a box with tissue paper to protect it. This was probably overkill, but it's good to buy from someone who took such care in packaging. Shipping was extremely fast. Seller also worked to make sure I could get something in my size. I'd definitely by from this seller again.
