There was a hiccup in the transaction but the seller handled it well and promptly resolved and shipped fast. Their responsive and proactive engagement is very much appreciated. The sellers that are worthy of repeat business are the ones that do such a great job like this seller. Hiccups happen but how a seller responds is very very important. The item came in great shape and was well packaged and is exactly what I was looking for. Great value as well.

Corresponding with the seller about the error in description the value, a 10% discount was offered by the seller and accepted by the buyer. This was a mistake of the seller and very nice of him to offer the 10% discount. I don't consider a mistake for not buying more items from this seller, I will do so in the future.
