On the bottom of the pads there was a scratch that went through a CPU pad. Things happen. Second unit arrived completely manged. Terrible packaging, the box was the same length as the server so obviously there is going to be damage. Do better! People do not like having their time and energy wasted. If you want this same experience, this is your seller. If you want better. Look elsewhere.
