I messaged the seller with a request to use appropriate packing methods to prevent this from occurring. When the shipment arrived, I was extremely happy to find that they had done just that and to see the item intact, just as described. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to do things properly, even though it requires more time.

Decent packaging, would of preferred a box with paper filling or bubble wrap, instead of a bubble envelope. Overall, a good experience and would shop again.
