I followed their request and shipped them the wrong model on July 21, and provided them with my paypal ID as they need. However, half a month has passed and the seller has neither contacted me nor refunded the return fees($91.40). I have no choice but to seek help and show it. I hope this problem can be resolved as soon as possible. The original box was crushed, peeling, had dirty pen scribbles on it, and was wrapped in tape. The actual product had a lot of rust.
