We are all constantly being told that stress is bad for us. So if you can, try and devote a little time for yourself to truly relax. You are worth it. If you are more rested and happy with the world, you will feel more energised and ready to take the adventure that life sends to you. There are many types of meditation but I think that Visualisation is a great way to help us relax and lay aside our earthly worries. Visualisation is perhaps more easily mastered and will create a deep experience even on the first attempt; whereas other meditation disciplines can take a long time to produce deep relaxation and will require much discipline. Therefore I urge you to give Visualisation a try. Why not take a virtual trip to a beautiful location and let the tension fall from your body. Come with me to the seaside, forests or the mountains and allow yourself to truly relax. I think anyone would benefit from carrying out the simple meditations in chapter 2; if you don't feel relaxed, I'll eat my hat!
