I sent them an email on Christmas Eve after 6:00 pm and they responded that evening with the solution. Turns out you have to hold the power button down for 3 seconds and then it turns on. So I have been using the device methodically for almost 3 months. I have to say that it is doing something. Unfortunately one of them had plastic parts that had broken off (I ordered two), but from the looks of the package, that is not the sellers fault, and it was an easy fix for me. Good packaging, but brutally treated by the postal company! Very good communication with the seller throughout though, and the product is very well made!
