The usual tamper-proof safety wrap was missing (it was on all other products of this brand purchased from same seller).

The seller communicated with me when I had concerns about it not shipping . After I reported that the item didn’t arrive the seller was able to fix the postal problem and it got to me soon after . The item itself is very nice and exactly what I wanted and the quality is nice . Also it is real and new came in an unopened box . There was confirmation on the one I picked out so I got to experience opening it up which was a pleasant surprise !
