Now the seller says I broke a part off of it and will not refund my money. The box the item was in was damaged when I got it and also in the seller's original posting (which is no longer on eBay or in the sellers store). From the photos one can see the wheel was not on the end of the gondola when I received it. Not really we still would have refunded as they are correct that we sent the wrong item. However we asked to find a resolution and did not outright refuse a refund. The wheel that was broken off was not in the train box but loose in the "homemade box". The train box was not damaged any more than it originally was from time and handling.
