It does everything I need and want and I really like that it has Win11. Shipping was fast, and the computer is exactly like the picture/description. It was packed really well, and I saved the box/bubblewrap in case I want to mail another laptop later. I can't/won't say if it would be any good for things like playing games, but do think it would work great for someone needing a computer for web browsing, or school work.

The sellers description was accurate and the shipping and packaging were excellent. The seller stood behind there return/refund policy and promptly refunded the full purchase price very quickly (within 2 hours). Bit on the lower end of battery life but not sellers fault with item this old. Great value for what we’re going to be using it for. Seller as well very courteous in relaying that another item I tried to purchase did not meet their standard and quickly refunded me for that purchase

The only disappointment was that the BIOS was password protected and I am unable to access to check or make changes. This is a big deal to me since I work on PCs and make quite a few changes to hardware and like to check and tweak the settings. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and offered that I could return it if I was unhappy. The PC was purchased at a good price and so I will keep it.
