When I received the club, I started the return and had a label sent to me. I shipped the club in the exact condition I received it in which was totally fine. When the seller received the club it was snapped in half during the shipping, from what it seems like. I am grateful that the seller still refunded me my money. Hope this review helps someone else. Thank you Seller.
