Situation like this requires action of the seller, and they didn’t miss a beat. Worked with me to get pictures and desription to shipper very quickly. Lot of communication required and seller was very good about it. After dealing with the shipper, seller had me send the damaged lens back for a full refund. There are a lot of sketchy lens dealers overseas but this seller is not one of them.
