      Outstanding seller service! The original item arrived in a timely manner, well-packaged, but unfortunately damaged. I therefore contacted the seller who was very apologetic and immediately dispatched a replacement which similarly soon arrived, well packaged. The model was as described and looks great - excellent value. Moreover, rather than take the damaged model back, the seller suggested that I try some repair and then offer it to a local charity for selling. Great stuff from seller!

      The model is as described,not sure if the packaging was damaged in transit,but the Bismark was undamaged,it is worth the postage and good value,as I bought it as long term investment,and as part of history as I have a model of the hood and Prince of Wales,they will go too my first grandchild,for their future.
