We were able to add the missing pieces and make it a complete unit. It was packaged very well and shipping was very quick. We definitely felt like we received the value we were looking for. No complaints here and would definitely buy from again.

The description says it is a TI92 Plus but is marked on the machine TI-92. It will not be worth the trouble to send back. The calculator seems to be in pretty good condition. You are in good company, the majority of the TI-92 machines in the listing on E-bay are described as TI-92 Pluss but are marked on the machine TI-92. If you ever get machines marked as TI-92 plus let me know.
